How do I post a listing for our company?
Posting a listing is completely free. Simply follow the steps below:

• Click http://www.118fm.co.uk to go to the homepage
• Log in using the button at the top of the screen if you haven’t already.
• Click on the tab which says "Manage My Listings"
• Click on "Add New Listing"

What is a Partner listing and what are the benefits of upgrading?
A Partner listing is a very cost effective way to generate more leads to your business. Partner listings always appear first within your chosen category(s) and so generate far more clicks. We charge just £295 per year for a Partner listing.

Can I post multiple company listings?
Yes, you can post as many listings in the Directory as you wish. Please ensure that the company details for each listing are 100% correct though.

How long will our company Listing stay on the site?
Basic listings will stay on the site for as long as the Website is running. Partner Listings cost £295 per year, if they are not renewed the listings will automatically be downgraded to basic listings.

How can I edit or delete our Listing from 118FM?
If you added the listing yourself then simply login to 118FM and click on "Manage My Listings" where you can edit or remove your listing entirely from 118FM. If you do not have access to the account which created the listing then please contact us.

When will our Listing appear on 118FM?
Basic listings are reviewed by our moderation team usually within 2 to 3 business days and we will then notify you if your listing has been successful. Paid Partner listings are also reviewed within 2 to 3 business days, however they will not become live as partner listings until we have cleared your payment.

Where does the name "118FM" come from?
The numbers "118" are used in the new format for Telephone Directory Enquiries in the UK. "FM" Stands for Facilities Management. 118FM started out as an easy to use Directory of everything needed to run a facility.

Yes, 118FM is entirely free unless you wish to take advantage of our sponsorship or advertising programmes to gain extra exposure.
